The Golf Academy Of Arizona, An Sdga Golf School, Hits A Hole In One With Its New And Improved Campus

Friday, August 1st, 2008

FORE!” It’s a common cry from green pastures throughout the United States. Perhaps kicked off by the introduction of Tiger Woods to the pro circuit in 1996, the nation’s interest in golf has catapulted in recent years. Men and women, young and old, black and white, it seems these days that everyone is gearing up for a swing at the tee, or some sort of crack at the industry. But with little or no experience, many people are finding their dreams of a PGA Championship (or LPGA Championship for that matter) stymied.

Aspiring golfers have increasingly been turning to the pros for instruction and guidance. Now one academy in Chandler, AZ is better equipped than ever to handle the influx of novices as well as the more seasoned golfer looking to break into this tough business.

Strategically located just outside of Scottsdale, the Mecca of the golf world, The Golf Academy of Arizona, has relocated into expanded, more modern quarters. As a campus of the San Diego Golf Academy, the oldest, largest and one of the most esteemed golf schools in the world, TGAA’s management team correctly identified the need for rejuvenation and wasted no time in getting this project underway.

“We feel that we offer a truly unique program,” explains TGAA Director Tim Eberlein, his pride in the course clearly evident. “It’s so much more than just a golf school or lessons. Our students are coached in every aspect of the sport – from how to teach the game of golf, to managing a golf complex. We prepare our students for a true golf career.” He goes on to admit, “And truthfully we were outgrowing our original facility. We recognized the need to grow and change, much like the sport itself has grown and changed over the years. It was a natural progression.”

Now with over 10,000 square feet for classrooms and instruction, TGAA’s new campus also acquired a new golf simulator to add to its expansive teaching and learning aids. The state-of-the-art facilities also include a computer lab, administrative offices, student and placement service areas, a lounge, and library.

The San Diego Golf Academy is well above par when compared to ordinary golf instruction courses. It’s an intensive 16-month Associate of Applied/Occupational business degree program. The curriculum is divided between golf instruction and business management, operating on the principle that golf is no longer merely a sport, but an industry, and one that is brimming with opportunity.

Paul Zagnoni, President of SGDA adds, “It is our job to show students how to turn their love of the green into green. Now more than ever, we provide our students with all of the necessary tools for a successful career in golf.” He concludes with a smile, “The finished product has far exceeded our every expectation.”

For more information regarding TGAA and its new campus, please call Tim Eberlein at 480-857-1574.

Golf Lovers: Save Money With Hawaii Vacation Golf Packages

Friday, August 1st, 2008

Are you one of the millions of Americans who enjoys playing the game of golf? If so, there is a good chance that you enjoy golfing on the weekends or even after work. Have you ever thought about taking a golf vacation? If you have yet to do so, you may want to think about taking one, particularly in Hawaii. If you are interested in saving money at the same time, you can easily do so with Hawaii vacation golf packages.

Before examining the benefits of Hawaii vacation golf packages, you may want to take the time to learn more about them, namely what they are. After a close examination, you will likely see that Hawaii vacation golf packages are just like traditional vacation packages. Essentially, the only difference between a traditional Hawaii vacation package and a Hawaii vacation golf package is the fact that golf is involved. For instance, instead of booking a stay at a traditional resort, a vacation golf package will likely include overnight accommodations at a resort with an onsite golf course. These Hawaii vacation resorts are sometimes referred to as Hawaii vacation golf resorts. It is also common for free or discounted golf cart rentals and games to be included.

Now that you know exactly what Hawaii vacation golf packages are, you may be thinking about whether or not you should buy one. Honestly, whether or not you can benefit from the purchase of a Hawaii vacation golf package will all depend on your hobbies. For instance, if you enjoy playing the game of golf, you could definitely benefit from the purchase of a Hawaii vacation golf package. The whole point of a Hawaii vacation golf package is to make sure that you enjoy your vacation. If you enjoy playing the game of golf, there is an excellent chance that you could benefit from the purchase of a Hawaii vacation golf package.

In addition to you benefiting, there is a good chance that the rest of your traveling party could also benefit from the purchase of Hawaii vacation golf packages, especially if those that you are traveling with also love the sport of golf. The good news is that it is possible, often with a small amount of research, to find vacation golf packages that even accommodate to those who don’t enjoy golfing. For instance, if you are traveling with your family, there is a chance that some of your family may go for a game of golf, but others may prefer to do something else. In Hawaii it is possible to find Hawaii vacation golf resorts that offer discounts for guest who will not be enjoying the extra golf benefits. This may help to save you, your family, or the rest of your traveling party money.

As previously mentioned, it is possible to save money on your next Hawaii vacation with the purchase of a Hawaii vacation golf package. All vacation packages, including golf packages, are known to save travelers money. However, with a Hawaii vacation golf package, you are given even more chances to save money on your next Hawaii vacation. As it was stated above, there are a number of Hawaii vacation golf packages that include free or discounted golf games and golf cart rentals. If you are planning to spend the majority of your vacation golfing, a vacation golf package can save you a fairly large amount of money. In many cases, you will find that the more you golf, the more money you will end up saving.

If you would like to not only save time, but also save money on your next Hawaii golf vacation, you are urged to, at least, look into Hawaii vacation golf packages. You can easily do this yourself, online, or with the assistance of a travel agent.

Reality Versus San Diego Golf Academy And Other Golf Schools

Sunday, July 20th, 2008

When scouting golf schools, names such as San Diego Golf Academy, Professional Golfers Career College and many others can pop up over and over again. With every venue claiming to have the best educational standards, it can be slightly overwhelming to figure out which will offer the most benefit. There can be many aspects to consider when making a decision and each aspect can vary in importance from one individual to another.

First and foremost, a teaching staff that is fully certified in addition to an accredited curriculum are the two most important features of a reputable school. A lack of accreditation means the degree one earns is likely to have no standing with future employers. A curriculum should not only be accredited but full of knowledge that will be applicable once a graduate has made the transition to working in the golf industry.

Schools often list their accrediting agencies openly. An accredited golf school is one that will be able to provide qualifying students with financial aid plus career counselors. Help from a career counselor can ensure prospective students invest their time and energy wisely by matching their skills to the appropriate golf career.

Along with financial aid, there are some golf schools that can help with housing and relocation services as well. For those attending a golf school in a whole new city, this can be an extremely valuable service. It should be noted that one must often qualify for the service by meeting certain requirements.

Even if it is a rather large institution, a golf school of good standing is one that offers reasonable class sizes. Most golf schools keep their class sizes small as a rule of thumb to begin with. However, less than reputable organizations will often try to put too many students in a class for the sake of cost.

Location will also be a factor when choosing a golf school. More often than not, a golf school will be located in states where weather is conducive to playing golf year round. For example, San Diego Golf Academy and many other schools have locations in Florida, Arizona and California.

For many, cost will play a major factor when choosing what school to attend. While this is definitely a key issue to consider, it is important to remember that choosing an expensive school is not always a guarantee of quality and opting for the cheapest venue can mean getting exactly what one pays for. It is important to remember there is possibility for financial aid with accredited institutions.

Once an individual develops a list that most closely meets their requirements, it is a good idea to then pare the list down to three options. Once this is done, an onsite tour of each campus can help make the decision final clearer. Most schools openly welcome and even encourage onsite tours of their campus and facilities.

An onsite tour will allow one to not only see facilities firsthand but also get a better idea of the atmosphere of a school. It also provides a chance to talk to current students and get an insider’s view of the program. Plus, some schools offer prospective students a free game of golf upon taking a tour of their campus.

Whether one decides to attend the San Diego Golf Academy or any other venue, this major investment of time and money requires keeping at least one foot in reality at all times. If one is looking to have a long-term career in golf, schools that make lofty promises or offer more flash than substance should be promptly disregarded.

Electric Golf Trolley – Next Level Of Game Improvement Golf Accessories

Sunday, July 20th, 2008

The game of golf requires quite a few accessories and equipment to play it. Many accessories can be found in a golf store and may make you look the part. However, the most important equipment is the Golf Clubs, the Golf Balls and the Electric Golf Trolley – a relatively new accessory that promises the next level of game improvement.

Golf Clubs are by far the most important piece of equipment that makes sure that you play a good game. They can improve the mechanics of the golfer’s swing and a good set will minimize the effects of a swing error and produce an accurate and long shot. Fourteen Golf Clubs are allowed to be carried in your golf bag. A standard set of clubs, however, consists of twelve clubs – three “woods”, eight “irons” and a “putter”. “Woods” are used to hit long shots. They are used mostly while at a distance of more than 200 yards from the green. The “iron” is used at a distance of less than 200 yards from the green, and the “putter” is used only to get the ball into the hole from the green. The new generation “Hybrid” is another club that combines the straight-hitting characteristics of irons with the easy-to-hit-in-the-air characteristics of higher-lofted woods, thus aiding game improvement.

The golf balls are another important and essential accessory that contributes hugely to the quality of the game. It has a limit of 1.68 inches in diameter, 1.62 ounces in weight and must be round. It could be covered by “Balata” or “Surlyn”. Balata or soft covered golf balls tend to generate more spin and greater stopping material, while the Surlyn or hard covered ones help the ball travel longer distances. The surface usually has a pattern of dimples designed to improve the ball’s aerodynamics. Golf balls can be categorized into 3 groups according to their construction. They are two, three and four piece covers, the last one being the most expensive. Presently, golf balls using the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology have been developed allowing golfers to easily locate errant shots using a handheld homing device, thus reducing scores.

Golf clubs and balls are certainly part of accessory-aided game improvement but they only cater for the needs of accuracy and error elimination improvements. When it comes to providing the comfort, relaxation and concentration that might just be the key to winning a stressful game, they don’t play a part. The game of Golf, although it might not seem so, requires a lot of physical endurance and therefore comes with the hazard of injury. Some of the primary and intrinsic causes of such hazards is the amount of walking on the vast undulated stretches of the golf course, especially while carrying around all the accessories in a Golf Bag. In fact, a golf bag often weighs more than 20 Kilograms and hence carrying it on the shoulders throughout a game not only wears down the muscles but also makes them susceptible to injuries.

However, in the recent times, the age old golf bags have entered into the new era in the form of Electric Golf Trolley. The Electric Golf Trolley is an automatic carrier of the golf accessories. It is driven by powerful batteries and can be manual or even remote controlled. Designed to transport the necessary golf accessories in a game, the electric golf trolley can move easily over the uneven surface of a golf course. It is compact and foldable too. In a nutshell, it does everything that an old-fashioned golf bag can do and more. Allowing the golfers to relax their muscles between strokes and to concentrate on their swing, the Electric Golf Trolley takes the game improvement golf accessories to the next level.

Squaring The Golf Club At Impact, The Rotator Cuff, And Golf Fitness

Tuesday, July 15th, 2008

We all know the clubface must be square at impact and the club releases thereafter. Generally speaking a large amount of golf swing mechanics center upon returning the clubface to square at impact. Additionally, the golf swing is a “total body” movement incorporating every joint in the body. In order for the clubface to be square at impact all of these joints must work in coordination to allow this to occur.

In relation to the body, specific muscles are very active in returning the clubface to square. One joint directly involved in the squaring of the clubface at impact with the golf ball is the shoulder joint. The shoulder joint is a “ball and socket” joint allowing for the arms to move through a large range of motion. Review of the biomechanics of the golf swing, it becomes very evident the arms move through a large range of motion.

That being said, there are specific muscles involved in the rotation of the arms. Again, these are not the only muscles involved in squaring the clubface, but from an anatomical perspective, these muscles are active in the internal and external rotation of the arms during the golf swing.

Going back to squaring the clubface, internal and external rotation of the arms is required. To get a sense of internal and external rotation, simply stand up with your arms hanging at your sides. Rotate your hands inward and outward. This is a simple description of internal and external rotation of the arms. Now if you relate this movement to the golf swing you can see how the arms internally and externally rotate during the backswing, downswing, and follow through.

Certain muscles within the shoulder complex have a direct effect on internal rotation, external rotation, and stabilization of the shoulder complex in the golf swing. The muscles we are talking about are the rotator cuff muscles. Yes, the rotator cuff.

Not necessarily a group of muscles that go “hand-in-hand” with the golf swing and probably more thought of when we talk about baseball and pitching. Nevertheless, these muscles are an active in the golf swing. The rotator cuff is a reference to four muscles in the shoulder complex. For those of you that love the science behind this stuff, the four muscles that comprise the rotator cuff are; supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis.

The rotator cuff has a couple primary functions when it comes to the shoulder complex. First off, they act to stabilize the shoulder capsule. The skeletal structure comprising the shoulder is a ball and socket joint. The “socket” part of this joint is very shallow. As a result the muscles of the rotator cuff in addition to muscles in the “back-side” of the shoulder assist in stabilizing the shoulder during movement. An over simplification would state these muscles assist in keeping the arm in the socket. If the rotator cuff muscles did not assist in stabilizing the shoulder, the arm would literally come out of the socket every time you swing a golf club.

Secondly, these four muscles are actively involved in elevating, internally, and externally rotating the arms. All of which are movements involved in the golf swing. Beginning in the take-away and completing with the follow through, the muscles of the rotator cuff are active in every phase of the golf swing. That being said, we know the muscles of the rotator cuff are under stress each every golf swing.

It is important to understand the muscles of the rotator cuff are very small. They are not big muscles such as your quadriceps or deltoids. They are very small muscles asked to perform a myriad of activities. As a result of the size and workloads placed upon these muscles. They can become fatigued quite easily. Once muscles become fatigued they begin to falter in performing their required activities. In addition once muscles are fatigued, they can easily become injured.

During my years on tour, I have never seen someone injure a cuff muscle from swinging a golf club. I have seen rotator cuff injuries impede a golf swing, and if you have ever injured a rotator cuff muscle you know how debilitating an injury it can be. The point being this: The rotator cuff muscles are actively involved in the golf swing. Injury to a rotator cuff muscle can be very debilitating to your golf swing or any activity for that case.

Knowing what we know about the mechanics of the golf swing, the rotator cuff, functions of the rotator cuff, and how they affect the golf swing. This information invariably indicates to us it is necessary to keep the rotator cuff healthy and strong. How can one achieve this goal? Simply by adding a golf fitness program incorporating rotator cuff exercises.

Rotator cuff exercises will focus on these four muscles. These types of exercises will develop higher levels of strength and endurance within these muscles. This will assist in these muscles handling the workloads placed upon them during the golf swing or any athletic activity. So I strongly suggest if you are an avid golfer or a weekend warrior. Add some golf fitness and rotator cuff exercises to your training program. This will help keep you in the game and off the sidelines.

Develop The Correct Golf Swing For Women With Golf Fitness Training

Tuesday, July 15th, 2008

The woman golfer has a myriad of questions on how to develop the correct golf swing as does most any amateur. The questions from woman golfers center on a myriad of topics such as; how to hit the golf ball farther, how to develop a more repeatable golf swing, how do I hit half shots with my wedges, what are good putting drills? The list can go on and on in relation to the woman golfer and how to improve their golf swing. An area that is now presenting more and more questions from the woman golfer centers upon golf fitness. Questions such as; what are good golf flexibility exercises, and how can golf fitness exercises help me drive the golf farther? These and many more questions are arising in relation to golf fitness and the woman golfer.

It is well known on the LPGA tour the number of players utilizing golf fitness programs to improve their golf game. Annika Sorrenstam has publicly stated the benefits she has received in her golf game from golf fitness training. One area that always appears to be a concern for the woman golfer is distance. How to hit the golf ball farther and Sorrenstam does hit the ball a long way, and utilizes golf fitness training. A simple connection can be drawn between increased driving distance, women golfers, and golf fitness exercises. The bottom line is this; golf fitness exercises can benefit the distance of drives for the woman golfer.

The questions that need to be answered are how and why. First off an understanding of increased distance, the golf swing, and the woman golfer needs to be addressed. Driving distance is contingent upon clubhead speed. The faster the clubhead is traveling at impact with the golf ball. The golf ball will travel farther, an easily understood concept.

Clubhead speed in the golf swing is contingent upon two components. Component number one is golf swing mechanics. The biomechanics of the golf swing in and of themselves create clubhead speed. It centers upon physics and the coiling/uncoiling of the body during the golf swing. In relation to improving clubhead speed and golf swing mechanics. The more efficient the woman golfer performs the mechanics of the golf swing. A greater amount of energy can be developed and transferred into the golf ball as a result. First and foremost for the woman golfer; the development of efficient golf swing mechanics can improve driving distance.

The second component of increasing clubhead speed is the body. Remember, the body is the implement swinging the golf club. It is the woman’s body executing the biomechanics of the golf swing. In addition it is also the body generating power for the golf swing. Power is the ability of the body to generate the greatest amount of force in a short amount of time. Increase the ability of the body to generate more power within the biomechanics of the golf swing. An increase in clubhead speed can occur. How does the woman golfer increase power outputs of their body? This is where the implementation of golf fitness exercises can be a benefit. Golf fitness exercises can increase the power outputs of the body. Power golf fitness exercises increase the ability of your muscles to develop more force within the golf swing.

How do golf fitness exercise achieve this outcome? Golf fitness exercises develop the body around the golf swing: Very different than ordinary fitness training or aerobic classes. Golf fitness exercises develop the required flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and power within the body for the golf swing. This allows the body to execute the biomechanics of the golf swing correctly. In addition, golf fitness exercises can improve the swing in areas such as clubhead speed.

This is accomplished with golf fitness exercises training the body in the positions, movements, and physical requirements of the golf swing. This allows for the proper levels of flexibility, balance, endurance, strength, and power to be developed within the body. Improving the capacities of flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and power can improve the ability of the body to perform the golf swing and increase distance.

To summarize, the questions surrounding women and developing the correct golf swing are many. How to improve the golf swing through golf fitness exercises is one of these questions, and one specific area within this topic is distance. Increasing distance is contingent upon increasing clubhead speed. Improving clubhead speed centers upon golf swing mechanics and the body. Improving the efficiency of the golf swing mechanics will allow a greater transfer of energy into the golf club, thus improving clubhead speed. The second component of distance lies within the body and its ability to generate power. Increasing the power outputs of the body will enhance clubhead speed. Power outputs of the body can be improved through golf fitness exercises. These exercises differ than normal gym based exercises in that they develop the body around the swing. This allows for the proper levels of flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and power to be developed within the golf swing.

Avoiding “Golf Overload” - Your Guide To Finding The Right Golf Instruction Tutorials

Saturday, July 5th, 2008

I‘m sure you’ve been made familiar with the popular golf instruction aids & tutorials that you’ve seen in the pro shops, online at bookstores like Amazon and on specialty sites all over the web. You might even be suffering from golf overload! While your first inclination might be to give that new product a try, you need to keep certain things in mind before making an impulse purchase.

First of all, let’s keep something in mind. My goal here isn’t to bring you down to earth or to try and stifle your dream of playing exceptional golf. However, the odds of a certain golf instruction program suddenly transforming your game from part-time amateur to a full-time golf virtuoso is somewhere between slim and none.

There are many programs and aids available that can help you improve your game in one form or another, but nothing is a substitute for good old-fashioned practice, whether that be on the course, at the driving range, or simply in your backyard. Anywhere where you can be free to make mistakes and learn from them is a good place to practice, and eventually, your game will thank you for it.

I would liken it to learning to play a musical instrument. If you’ve ever learned how to play piano, guitar, violin or another instrument, you’d know that even though you might have had a stellar teacher, failure to practice on a consistent basis means the lessons you’re being taught will be completely meaningless. The same can be said for golf instruction. You can spend hundreds of dollars on professional golf instruction or $47 for an e-book and DVD set, but without the proper amount of practice, you will not improve your game. Period. That said, here are some things to look at when researching the latest golf instruction products & tutorials:

1. What ails your game the most?

What is it about your game that you think is the most lacking? I’m sure you can think of one thing you’re consistently doing wrong on the course, whether it be slicing the golf ball, or not getting enough power on your drives, etc. Jot down one or two of these problems that you’d like solved and look for specific products to help those elements of your game the most. And since many problems in golf tend to stem from one underlying issue, odds are you will correct a number of parts to your game just by implementing a strategy or unlearning a bad habit that you might have unknowingly picked up on.

2. What credentials does the author/manufacturer have?

Does the author of that book teach amateur golfers on a regular basis? How have his students done? Do a Google search for his or her name and try to track down some of the individuals that they’ve tutored. People are always willing to give out reviews & opinions, and the golf world is no different. If the instructor has experience or connections with some of the PGA professionals or has a successful track record teaching amateurs, then its likely that you’ve found someone you can trust.

3. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

If their product is worth checking out, the author or instructor will always be readily available to answer any questions you might have about the product before you make a purchase. Never hesitate asking questions directly to the source up front before making your decision.

Taking the time to thoroughly research the web before purchasing a golf instruction tutorial or aid will save yourself a great deal of frustration and should help your golf game moving back in the right direction.

Stretching For Golf Isn’t What You Think

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008

Stretching for golf is critical to slowing down the rapid decline senior golfers experience, as well as reducing the stress on the muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. The golf swing puts a tremendous amount of pressure on the body, and unless you are participating in a consistent stretching for golf program, you will be a statistic.

The statistic I’m talking about is being one of the millions of golfers who aren’t improving and who are injured at some point every season you play. Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading to find out how you avoid being a statistic, and instead be one of the very few who actually improve and play their best golf.

The golf swing is dynamic. What I mean is it involves motion. This motion needs to be fluid, tension-less, and powerful. The only way to accomplish this is with dynamic strength and stretching drills aimed specifically at your golf swing faults.

This approach to golf improvement is not utilized among most amateur golfers, but if done correctly will take your game to the highest level in the quickest amount of time.

In most of the golf fitness books, videos and articles you read, you will see the golfer holding a particular stretch for up to 60 seconds.

Let me ask you this!

Do you ever hold any part of your golf swing when you’re playing or hitting balls? I don’t think so. So why would you train your body in this fashion? You wouldn’t! You would look at certain positions in the golf swing and incorporate dynamic (movement) stretches to improve those positions in an efficient manner.

For example, let’s say you are having a tough time making a full backswing. The backswing is a fluid and tension-less movement that is destroyed when you add tension or restriction to it.

Instead, you would make some backswing moves, going as far as you can, then a little farther and releasing it. Doing this 8-10 times throughout the day. You can do this in your office or at home. No need for a gym or workout gear.

Grab a short iron, stand tall with your arms extended straight out in front of you. The club will be horizontal to the ground at about chest height. Now rotate back as far as you can without too much hip rotation, then rotate through as far as you can with more hip rotation just like your golf swing.

Now this is a dynamic movement that will greatly improve your body’s ability to turn back fully and through to a complete finish for maximum power and distance.

In closing, don’t get me wrong!

You can definitely do static stretches and not hurt your golf swing. But the emphasis should be on more dynamic stretches, and less holding stretches to maximize your golfing potential.

As you can see, this is a much different approach to stretching for golf.

Golf Playing Tips: Learn How To Play Golf In 5 Easy Ways

Tuesday, July 1st, 2008

For people who are into playing golf, nothing matters most for them than to have a better score when playing the game. This is because most golfers usually take their gratifications in the scores that they make.

Therefore, for people who want to increase their playing skill, here is a list of some tips that they can use to improve their gaming performance.

1. Pump up before the game starts

Every golfer must first learn the things they have to do before they play the game. The problem with most players is that they tend to think that since golf is not a very strenuous sport like basketball, they don’t have to do some warm up exercises.

This should not be the case because golfers need to warm up and stretch those muscles before they start making double bogeys.

2. Swinging is a perfect exercise

In golf, the most pressured and the most exerted part of the body are the hands. Hence, it is important to exercise them before playing the game.

Swinging can effectively pull out any stressed or rigid muscle in the hand. It’s best to keep on practicing swinging. Experts say that almost 50% of a golfer’s ability is based on swinging.

3. Consider the size of the club

In order to play the best golf game, it is important for a player to choose the right golf club that he or she will use. The first to consider when choosing a golf club is its length. The length should be proportionate and suitable to the player so that he or she will be comfortable when playing.

4. Familiarize the six parts of golf swings

In order to play best in golf, it is important for a player to familiarize himself or herself on the six parts of the golf swing technique. The six parts of the swing are the proper alignment of the golf club; proper setup of the golfer’s posture and position; back swing; “take-away”; impact; and the “follow-through”.

5. Know the course

A good golfer should know his or her terrain. Hence, it is important for a golfer to note the so-called “trouble areas”. This is where some imminent problems are present like a sloping part of the fairway or hanging branch of a tree.

These are just some of the basic tips that one could use in playing golf. However, the most important thing a golfer should remember is to keep his or her body healthy before the competition. It’s where they generate their power for that beautiful back swing.
